Knightlabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website and software products for professional use. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer any proprietary AI models or algorithms used in our Content Generation or Insights products.
• Use our field-enablement tools to scrape or harvest data in violation of third-party terms.
• Use AI-generated content to disseminate misinformation or bypass advertising regulations in the US, Canada, or Europe.

Our software products use Generative AI for content creation and ad placement. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs (especially in medical education and market insights) are provided “as-is.” Users are responsible for verifying the clinical and legal accuracy of AI-generated content before deployment.

All proprietary software, AI training datasets (to the extent permitted by law), and the methodology behind our AI tools remain the exclusive property of Knightlabs.
